Sunset markets in Scarborough



Why not head down to Scarborough for your long weekend, and check out a great selection of market stalls. Get your winter shopping fix down by the sea, with a lot of handmade crafted goods ranging from vintage clothing, candles, funky clothes, dog treats, photography and art, jewellery, and food!


What will also be present down by the markets, is some of Perth’s best food trucks and also, dessert trucks. They will be down there to treat you to their heart-warming dinners and deliciously sweet desserts. While you are in Scarborough, you are also surrounded by yummy places to grab dinner, if you feel like dining in, Nandos, Zamberoes, or, even grab a burger at Grill’d while watching a beautiful sunset.





Camping down south - Yallingup


If you are feeling a bit fed up of the city, why not go for a drive down to Yallingup. Yallingup is a three hour drive from Perth, and it is completely worth it, as it is home to one of Australia’s best surfing breaks, and is named for it’s quality waves, and scenic views.


Yallingup is one of Western Australia’s most beautiful and known destinations around Margret River, you can even check out the Busselton Jetty on the drive down. Even explore the reef so close to the beach. It’s the best place for snorkelling, sightseeing and checking out secluded beaches.


The Yallingup Holiday Park is located right on Yallingup Beach, it is busy most months of the year and vibing with people. Yallingup is one of the most posted about places in WA, with the three most gorgeous beaches, Yallingup, Smiths and Injidup. You can also have a loo at the significant rock formations and the limestone caves, they are popular places to explore.




Walk in Kings Park botanical gardens



Head to Kings Park for your long weekend, it is one of Perth’s largest and most beautiful city parks. Kings Park has such beautiful nature sights to see, and is the perfect picnic location, and a great day out. It is home to Western Australian nature, and is known for it's infamous botanic garden. 


All who visits can check out the breath taking views of the Swan and Canning Rivers. The view of the city, and the Darling Ranges. Kings Park has so much to it, Bush land walk trails, immaculate gardens and park lands. It includes, free daily guided walks, aspects of Kings Park gallery shop, cafes, and also public transport is easily accessible. Kings Park is worth a check out for something to do while you’re here, and keen for an adventure.
